GENERAL CONDITIONS

At all times you should follow up the orders of the master, espescially during passages of low bridges !

You take the tour on your own risk !

You can take your own food and drinks on board to consume, do not dump the rubbish in the water !

If the weather conditions during the tour badly changes, the tour will be shorted or canceled, in that case there is no refund.

If you are 30 minutes later than the time of departure, it will be assumed that you cancel the tour, unless you inform HaarlemChannelTours in time.In that case the tour can be made on a later time.

At all times HaarlemChannelTours can cancel a tour.No costs will be granted you made.
